We had a good times staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, food taste good even though didn't really have many option on the menu, the view is really awesome. And my kids enjoy the little playground. Thanks for the great experience. 😂

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Very nice services. The room is so great and clean. And they have place to chill with such an amazing view. Also this place is very near the popular attraction in Bandung. Enjoy your stay !

if possible, children's breakfast is free. 2 children, if you add up their ages, it becomes 1 adult. Besides, how much can children eat? Moreover, the customer has booked a room including breakfast for 2 adults. 1 child should be free.

the staff is friendly, got a fairly comfortable room, got a view of the mountain too. The swimming pool facilities are also quite a lot. So far, it's been an interesting stay experience for my family.

The hotel lobby area smells of rotten garbage or cat feces. Inside the room is also too noisy with the sound of motorbikes and cars because it is right in front of the main road. The bathroom door has no lock, it's really strange, it just slides. The restaurant for breakfast is also full of big green flies, the staff didn't check again to clean it. I had to tell them first before they cleaned it up in a hurry even though the hotel residents had started having breakfast at 7 am. Fortunately, the hotel staff were friendly and polite, none of them were rude or impolite.

can be in the newly built wing. overall everything is ok. quite neat, spacious and clean because it is still new. but there are still some spots that need to be added or fixed: cleanliness of the sink, extra security locks, glasses in the sink. adequate parking. there is a swimming pool.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good. I stayed for 3 nights and I asked for it to be cleaned every day. Then the friendliness of the staff is very good and they are willing to deliver the food I ordered from outside and provide plates, bowls and spoons forks. It so happens that the restaurant is not operating so you can order food from outside. My child is happy to stay here because of its cleanliness and the location of the hotel is on the side of the road so it is easy to reach. If you like watching TV, the TV channels can be local and only a few foreign channels because it is not cable TV. Highly recommended to stay here again next time.
