spacious and clean room, maybe because it's new so it's very clean. comfortable to stay here. the environment is also friendly for small children. it's just that there are only 20 TV channels, and most of them are Chinese TV channels, while there are too few local programs. The room service menu is also limited, but the taste of the food is quite good. The buffet breakfast is also quite complete. Overall, it's very comfortable to stay at NDC Resort and Spa Manado. Our family was quite happy when we returned from there.

The hotel staff at check out were quite friendly. But the room facilities were a bit disappointing. There was hair from the previous guest on the bathroom floor, the toilet flush didn't work, the exhaust didn't turn on. The room smelled bad, the lights on the balcony were off. During breakfast, we weren't given a voucher at the beginning, but the room I booked included breakfast. Finally we could eat after a little drama. The drink refills took a long time because the restaurant staff weren't quick, I had to call several different people. Previously I often stayed here and it was quite good, but this time I was disappointed and very uncomfortable.

The best staycation experience, our room was upgraded for free from deluxe to a 2-storey type room with a spacious living room and pantry on the ground floor, the bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, the room is very clean, our room also has an automatic washing machine but because we only stayed for 1 day, it was not used, the food is also delicious and the view from the restaurant is very beautiful, next time I will definitely stay here again 😍

The staff is friendly and the facilities are good. Just a suggestion, can provide a room service for rooms that are far away (using vehicles such as golf carts) Considering that there may be some who do not bring vehicles. The rest is awesome and the best.

Sangat di sayangkan saat call ke reception untuk minta keset kaki dan sandal hotel sampai 3x tapi tidak di respon, dari resepsionis hanya menginfokan yang mana sudah diinfokan ke bagian room servis, tp room servis hanya membawa sendal 2pair untuk 1 kamar setelah di call ke-3x dan marah-marah, padahal saya memesan 2kamar untuk nginap. Dan sampai check out tidak di berikan keset kaki kamar mandi, sehingga kamar becek karena basah dari kamar mandi. Memang kemaren hi season karena idul fitri, tp haeusnya di antisipasi dan keset kaki harusnya sudah menjadi mandatory kit di setiap room. Mohon maaf tp tolong ke depan bisa lebih di perhatikan lagi.
