Kamar bersih, kasur bagus dan bantalnya banyak dan besar2. Hanya kamar mandi showernya spt udah tua dan airnya kecil sekali. Perlu diupgrade. Makanan enak petugas ramah.

Yuk mari kita review hotel ini. Kalau lokasi dekat sangat dengan terminal bungurasih dan kalau dr kota ga terlalu jauh lah. Agak macet aja kalau pagi dan sore. Saya milih ini karena. Opsi kedua. Kemudian dari service, saya menginap 2 hari disini dan setelah malam pertama saya menginap. Saya berharap kamar dibersihkan. Dan ternyata tidak ada perubahan saudara². Baru kali ini kamar di cuekin Ama petugasnya. 4 4 buat karyawan anda. Kamar ga dibersihkan, handuk ga diganti dll lah. Nah kalau untuk comfornya lumayan lah. Tapi sayangnya kaca langsung dibuat mati ke tembok. Kalau soal kebersihan lumayan kurang deh ini hotel. Dibawah meja masih banyak debu dll. Soal sarapan, kalau ini standar ya. Tapi minusnya bubur ayam dingin banget, buahnya kondisi. Agak berantakan melonnya. Yang paling parah, kamar 718 belok kiri tapi diarahin belok ke kanan. Kedepan ditingkatkan lagi.

The staff attitude was rather poor upon check in as well as cleaning request for the room (which did NOT happen after the first night at all), wake up calls have not been done, unfriendly is a nice term for the staff as other more adequate words I can not write down to be honest. It was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had in over 25 years coming to Indonesia.

Regarding the problems you encountered, we have checked and we found that your stay was only 1 night/day so room cleaning was not carried out because on the 2nd day you had already checked out, according to the standard we will carry out room cleaning for guests who staying with minimum of 2 nights/day. And for wake up calls, we apologize in advance because in our notes there is no request for that. We hope that this will not happen to you again, we will continue to improve our staff service to make it even better in the future.
