1. The motorcycle parking lights were off, so the front was dark and it was very prone to theft because the hotel was right on the side of the road and there was no garage.
2. The bed and mattress definitely made a 'kretek-kretek' sound when used for sleeping and it was very disturbing, even though just a little movement would definitely make a sound (room 301).
3. Didn't ask for a room with a connecting door, but instead was given a room with a connecting door. Just worry, because we don't know the next room.
4. When we first arrived, the blanket had lots of stains and was clearly visible. Finally asked for a replacement and was allowed.
5. Please repair the damage to each room, so that it is more comfortable for visitors. It's a shame because this hotel is close to access everywhere.

Those who reviewed the score 9 and 10 were suspected to be the hotel's orders, even though the score was 1. As follows: the bathroom was dirty. The room was full of ants. The window was broken and couldn't be opened, the wood was rotten. The blanket had marks like an island. There were lots of rats running around in front of the receptionist. Advantages: the receptionist was friendly, but you have to be observant when working with them.

The hotel staff is friendly and the place is close to shopping centers such as malls and traditional markets. It's really comfortable, the best. A must try for those who haven't experienced Hotel Welcomee🫡🔥

Surprised when I arrived, the building looked creepy from the front. For the receptionist, she often disappeared but the staff was friendly. Cleanliness needs to be improved, both from the outside to the room. There are several spots that need to be renovated, the windows. The AC is not cold (room 102) because I only stayed for a short time so there was no information, coincidentally there were many activities outside. The owner can pay more attention to consumer comfort. The location is also strategic, it would be a shame if it is not upgraded again.
