Room is not good for the price we pay. Other than that all fine. Room was not clean. When I enter trashbin is full of trash and not removed. AC switches not working. Bed / Pillow / cover are very old.

Botol di kamar untuk isi dari dispenser lubangnya sangat kecil sehingga tumpah2. Complain ke staff hanya ditanggapi senyum tanpa follow up. Saya biasa nginap novotel bandara banjarmasin kalo ada tugas dari kantor, next saya ga mau lagi di novotel bandara banjarmasin.
