The staffs are nice but can be more friendly. Rooms are big and clean, just felt a little bit old. Hope I could get better pillows because I came here twice in the same month but the pillows are very thin. Overall recommended because the location is very strategic and the rooms are spacious.

The first time I took a Deluxe Twin because I brought my child home from spore, I got a dirty room... maybe it was empty for too long...
The walls were full of dust and then suddenly a cockroach appeared and surprised my child.
The light switch was also broken and couldn't be turned off...
The AC also couldn't be cold, even on turbo...
I thought about changing it but I was too lazy because I was so tired that I couldn't imagine it..
From spore at 4 am I left the house, at 9 pm I just arrived at Ponti and checked in at 11 pm after eating..
Hopefully the cleanliness can be given more attention, especially for rooms that are rarely used...

A suitable hotel for the price in the center of Pontianak, the service is also fast, there are only 1-2 rooms that need repair, especially the walls are a bit damp. Still ok.

The hotel staff opened the door with their own key. It scared and disturbed me because I was alone at that time. When they pressed the bell and I didn't open it, they opened it with their key. Is that polite? The forced opening happened twice. The first time was the cleaning service and the second time it seemed like the reception staff with the excuse of asking whether the room would be continued or not. Even though I had previously called the receptionist. Before going to the guest, the team should have coordinated well first. Improve teamwork!

1. In my opinion, the reception is still lacking. 2. I stayed for 5 nights and the room on the 2nd night was not cleaned even though I had ordered it from the reception and the cleaning staff until I was angry before it was cleaned.
