I stayed in a Deluxe Room at Hotel Palace Cipanas over the weekend and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
There was a small issue at check-in because my booking showed twin beds, but I wanted a double bed. The hotel sorted it out and gave me the double bed I needed. However, I was asked for a deposit, even though the app mentioned there wouldn’t be one.
The room was clean and comfortable with working AC, a mini-fridge, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was spacious, with hot water. However, there were only two pillows, no hair dryer, and the floor had a bit of hidden dust.
Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The hotel also has a nice pool and a sports area.
Overall, it was a good stay at Hotel Palace Cipanas.

I did check in late due traffic during holiday, the staff really helping from parking until check inside the room. On next morning, still can do shopping various Vegetables in cipanas Wet Market. Surely will come back during next holiday.

Overall is really good. The slight problem is just the hot water at the shower sometimes doesn't come out and the water that comes out is relatively little, maybe its because the hotel is almost fully occupied at the time. I hope the hotel can improve more.

I'm very happy with the room, the room is very big and spacious with big bathroom and big windows. There 's kids playing area and even swimming pool only sadly we don't have much time to try them since we only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning because we're back to Jakarta.

Kebersihan dalam kamar dan kamar mandi lebih ditingkatkan. Karena adanya serangga kecil terbang, keadaan sprei yg robek dan kotor. Kondisi kolam renang yg lantai keramik kuning, air di kolam renang jg kotor. Handuk di kolam renang dlm keadaan lusuh. Anak2 kami tidak dapat berenang bebas karena ada acara karyawan hotel di area kolam renang.
