First time staying at Pantai Indah Barat Hotel in July 2023, because we were impressed with the clean room, friendly crew and delicious food, then in January 2024 we booked another hotel at Pantai Indah Barat, but we were transferred to Pantai Indah Timur Hotel, at first we were disappointed but were cured by the large swimming pool and more varied food. January 31, 2024-January 1, 2025 we booked one night at Pantai Indah Barat Hotel, because it was that comfortable. There was also live music, snacks, coffee and tea at the Pantai Indah Timur Hotel, we went there too. Then we decided to add 1 more night at the Pantai Indah Barat Hotel Pangandaran for January 1-January 2, 2025.

The hotel lobby staff is not friendly. Some Pangandaran hotels are not clean on the mattresses and this hotel is no exception. It happened again, I got bed bugs again at the Pantai Indah Barat hotel. When I got home, my calves were all red with big bumps like maggots, very uncomfortable. And it was very noisy, lots of loud noises from behind the room. The television broadcasts were only 4 channels. And the pool water felt sore to the eyes, not like other hotel pools. Sorry, I give it a 3/10 overall. So I don't recommend this hotel very much.

It only takes a short stroll to go to the West and East Beaches. The facilities are quite decent. Have a clean kids friendly pool. A varied and tasty breakfast. Some areas that require improvement are: The cleanliness of the room (the floor is still sandy); Would be better to include tea or coffee for room service (though minor but matter); If at all feasible, modernize the furniture & room design, and upgrade the TV channels. Overall, though, it is still recommended and well worth the cost.

Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, clean swimming pool & other facilities are okay. But it was disturbed by other hotel guests who were celebrating birthdays outside the room & it was right in front of the room I was staying in. Are birthday activities a policy or permitted by the hotel? Because it's S's birthday. D at 21.00 and very noisy.

1 room gets 4 breakfasts, all delicious, room 306 is spacious and all functions well, AC, water heater, hair dryer are available, the deluxe garden room is a bit of a detour if you want to go to the swimming pool, but it's not a problem because the road is also to the west coast, the staff are all friendly, my husband said he will come back again with his extended family.
