Check out time here is 11, just found out there is a check out time of 11 😅. The restaurant also runs out of food quickly and takes a long time to refill. Hopefully it will be better in the future, because it is good for the condition and atmosphere around the hotel.

Next time, if the ocean view is not available on the application, it should be written as such, because we paid quite a lot to stay with an ocean view but instead got a room with a swimming pool view and it was blocked by many trees, if we had known that, we would have chosen the garden view instead.

Poor service for a 4/5 stars hotel. No wifi even though we told the staff. Many staff sit around playing with their phones in front of guests. Laundry is expensive. Food in the restaurant is not fresh. Many foods and drinks are sold out. Have to wait a long time to get drinks and food (around 45 minutes). This is not a 4 stars hotel service. But the ocean view is fantastic and the pool is quite large. Just like many hotels here: great on the outside, ugly on the inside

Very good hotel... comfortable. Suitable for children. The only drawback is that when I arrived for 3 days 2 nights until I checked out, the Wi-Fi was having an error. When the room was cleaned, the towels were not replaced with new ones, I had told the receptionist but there was still no response.
