Old hotel, looks dirty, the next room is audible, the bathroom looks dull. Staying during a homecoming trip, so the price paid is not in accordance with the facilities available. Enough for a 1 night rest to relieve fatigue due to traffic jams.

We have often stayed here for transit, both business and family vacations. From the hotel still called Sahid Mandarin until it changed to Parkside Mandarin. But the further we got here, the service got worse. The soap ran out and was not refilled, let alone hot bath water. It was not even warm, the heater was off, we left something in the room but when asked, they said it was gone. So maybe this is the last time I stay there,

Premiere suite room but the water pipe is clogged. Forgot to take a photo. The same night after 9 pm, the sound of klotak klotek was heard near the cup holder in the room. If you pay attention, it doesn't stop for long. Then not long after the sound starts again. Then the swimming pool can't be used, the information is that it is under repair even though it's the end of year holiday.

The staff are friendly, but unfortunately at that time I booked a deluxe room but was given a twin room. They said the deluxe rooms were fully booked, but it's okay. Hopefully next time they can check again for room availability.
