1. When we first arrived, the staff was not on standby, but it was okay as soon as we got out of the vehicle they were there/out of the room. The service was also quite friendly and fast. 2. The room atmosphere was quite good, quite clean even though some of the equipment was outdated and old, the door could not be closed but had to be locked, as well as the KM door and the back door leading to the beach. 3. The AC was quite cold, the refrigerator was also quite cold. It worked well. 4. The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately the flush toilet was very hard. So it was difficult to clean when defecating/urinating, it took extra effort to flush with a bidet. And there was no hot water. 5. There were not many choices of food, maybe because there were few people staying. So we were told to choose between Chicken Porridge, Fried Rice, Fried Noodles/Fried Vermicelli. So it was only made after we chose, the order came quite quickly even though it was made impromptu. I chose Fried Rice and Fried Vermicelli, it tasted quite good even though it was quite salty so I'm sorry I didn't finish it. 6. There were many choices of TV channels, and the picture results were clear. Not like other hotels which sometimes have blurry quality. 7. There are still many renovation processes in several other rooms. 8. The condition of the restaurant building also looks like an old building that is not well maintained, even though the view is good, facing the sea. 9. Not many people play around the beach, maybe only for guests who are staying there can play there. There are some sellers who offer their wares but thankfully they are not pushy. Overall the service is good, hopefully the condition of the hotel and rooms can be rejuvenated, and regular maintenance. So that guests are more comfortable staying here. Hopefully there will be more guests who stay and it will be even more crowded. Still curious about the food in the restaurant if there is a buffet system. Thanks Patra ✨

Perfect for bringing kids to play on the beach, leaving the room is directly to the beach area. The beach is clean, private because only hotel guests. There are some street vendors selling souvenirs but not too many. The premier room block is very quiet, the beach sand is white, but not suitable for kids to play because the beach is not as sloping as the deluxe suite block. Hopefully the renovation will be completed soon so that the room units will be even better.

The view is very good, open the door directly to the beach, the garden and grass are well maintained, the beach is always cleaned, the service is friendly, only currently there are still many renovations, overall it's okay, I have been a regular at Patra since 2019, every time I go to Anyer I must always come here

The beach is really good. The old hotel would be better off being renovated to be more modern & needs a place to rinse off after playing on the beach. Food lacks variety. Overall, I really like it because the children enjoy playing on the beach.

Dirty Bathroom, Dirty Rooms, Old Furniture, Facility need Repair and upkeep. Very less staff. No Buffet Breakfast. Not recommendedfor Stay.

View facing the sea with an attractive rate, hopefully the room rate will remain stable so that more people will stop by here, input is to pay attention to the homestay facilities because they are quite old and need maintenance such as the outer ceiling and others, thank you.

The facilities and services are quite good, the downside of this type of room is that it is a bit far from the beach and there is no room to rinse off after playing on the beach.

Alhamdulillah, the view is really nice. Like a private beach, not too crowded. The breakfast is delicious and the view directly to the beach is amazing. Thank you Patra Anyer.

Kedua kalinya saya kesini, lebih baik lebih bersih, cuman makanan lebih bervariasi yang pertama saya singgah, masalah rasa okelah, pelayanan ramah baik walaupun rame sekali, perasaan dulu ada tempat bilas di luar hotel ya, tapi kemaren kran mati semua, tolong dong selanjutnya dikasih tempat bilas, jadi kemaren kita bingung bilasnya di depan kamar yang ada krannya di luar, mana gak ada selang buat bersihin pasir, minta diperbaiki tempat bilasnya, next mungkin akan menginap kesini lagi.😇🥰😁 terima kasih

The beach is the best white sand and there is an iconic cliff. The room is quite comfortable even though the building is old. Only the bathroom needs to be cleaned more. The food is quite delicious. The restaurant view is directly to the sea.

Kamar tidak di bersihkan dengan baik. Di meja telephone banyak nasi kering yang tidak di bersihkan, kamar tidak kedap, kamar sebelah berisik sekali, Televisi hotel tidak ada siaran hanya nyala saja. Situasi hotel malam hari sangat gelap, kurang pencahayaan dimana mana. Hanya lokasi nya yang bagus ada di pinggir pantai, yang mana pantai nya adalah pantai umum bukan khusus penghuni hotel.

Sangat tidak worth it dengan biaya yang saya bayar Rp. 754.053,-. Dapat kamar ruangan bau lembab, lantai kamar kotor dan air di kamar mandi sangat kecil.

Overall quite good, but unfortunately some facilities need to be fixed. Like the room door is stuck. The water channel is a bit clogged, the swimming pool is not yet open. The restaurant is only open during breakfast.

Staff Kiki sangat ramah dan baik. Sayang banget mungkin saya dateng weekday, menu hanya disuruh memilih nasi/mie grg itupun tidak bisa dibawa kekamar, padahal tamu hanya kita berempat dipaksa makan diresto yang super panas dan berdebu karena renovasi, mengecewakan sekali untuk resto, di kamarpun tidak disediakan tissue. Saya terkesan dengan staff Kiki, mood saya diakhr baik karena Kiki, thanks.

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi, kamar bau tai tikus, pintu dan kunci berkarat susah mengunci pintu. Sarapan tidak tersedia prasmanan, hanya nasi, mie goreng 😊.

Lumayan. Cuman masih perlu perbaikan (handle pintu rusak, drainase km mandi kirang lancar).

Spooky banget kamarnya untuk harga 650k semalam gak worth it sih, ada dibangunan 2 lantai kebagian bawah yang ke isi cuma kita aja. Bangunan tidak terawat cat pada ngelupas dalemnya lumayan bersih cuma bangunan lama aja akhirnya pulang di sore sebelum magrib gak berani fotoin.
