One of the best hotels in the Bisma Ubud area. Friendly service even though I was the only local person staying at that time, breakfast was quite OK, wifi was ok, the atmosphere was quite shady, and the price was reasonable for a Deluxe. The only drawback was the Front Pool area, such as being a bit dirty (pool floor) and affecting the water quality when swimming. Please pay more attention

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice garden views & pleasant swimming pool. Complete facilities, friendly staff. Only a little disturbance at the start, had to wait more than 1 hour to check-in, the reason was because it was still being cleaned. Must be able to organize schedules better. Overall this hotel is good.

The food was pretty good, the view wasn't too bad except that the bathroom smelled a little smelly, there was no hair dryer. I ordered a 1 bed deluxe type room, but in fact the twin beds are combined into 1. A little bit regret here.

The atmosphere of the hotel is still calm and beautiful, there are 2 pools, one of them nice view, clean hotel, clean rooms..cuman sheets, pillowcases and blankets who still need attention. Moist and no smell like the other wear ga replaced. ..

Checked in at 2 noon because it came too early so I chose to go and deposit my luggage at the reception. Upon returning to the hotel, 1 of my belongings was separated from my bag and the reception seemed to be off hand with the incident. Very bad service and did not match my expectations while looking at the reviews of this hotel. Very unprofessional at all.

The bathroom is slippery. So my child and my husband fell slip. The ac in the room was noisy and the noise was as hard as turbine or similar to a diesel engine so my baby could not sleep comfortably and I was disturbed. If from the beginning there is a notice maybe I do not want to be given that room. Try if the foreign guest who stay what is not angry angry, there is no compensation for the inconvenience of the stay so I would not recommend staying here again. For breakfast is also the same equals bisma 1 because the children can not quota. Whereas there I can continue to see foreign tourists have brought our children aja not wrote. There may be a difference in the treatment of staying locals alike locally.

Staff was great warm, the building is new and have good design. they have two pool and one of them is excellent infinity pool. critics only about the cleanness and maintenance. if you can fix that will be perfect.
