The room was dirty and dusty, then the elevator was broken, I was told to take the stairs to the 6th floor. The staff said it was being repaired but it wasn't at all. Then there was an unpleasant smell in the room too.

Bad service; the room given did not match the order in the application, a room with a king bed, a room with a single bed was given. Rooms with no smoking orders will be given rooms with smoking orders. WiFi access is not connected to the rooms except for the spot in front of the front office. Jutek officer.
