All the staff are friendly, the hotel area and the room are clean. The water heater and AC are working. Access to MKG is also easy. Stayed 3 nights and slept soundly. Next time will stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, even though the hotel is very crowded but the service is still okay. Budget hotel with good quality, varied breakfast and continues to be refilled until breakfast time is over. The hotel room is fairly clean and comfortable. and one of the best facilities is direct access to the Kelapa Gading Mall from the 3rd floor of the hotel. If I go to this area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again 🥰
