Strategic location, easy to find food around the hotel. Water dispensers are provided on each floor for refills, but hot water is only available on the second floor. Smoking rooms have no exhaust and the windows cannot be opened.

Strategic location, many food stalls/cafes/restaurants around the hotel. If you choose a smoking room, the room does not have an exhaust, so you have to open the door to let the smoke out because the window cannot be opened. This condition makes the room very strong smell of cigarettes. It is recommended that the hotel provide an exhaust for smoking rooms.

The hotel lobby was hot. The room wouldn't open, so I had to go back to the lobby. The AC was leaking, and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. I'll never stay here again. There was no hairdryer, and there was only one bar of soap.

1. The bedsheets had several blood stains, which appeared to have not been washed, especially since they were right in front of my face if I was in the room. 2. The bar of soap was only for the bathroom, there was none for the sink. 3. The bathroom smelled very bad, like the fishy/musty smell of a pet that never bathed, and even worse. 4. The AC remote didn't work (normally). 5. The price was too high for the condition of the room.

The AC in my room wasn't cooling. I'd moved six rooms and been helped with room upgrades, but the rooms still weren't cooling and the AC didn't work. The sheets were dirty and had yellow stains. I wasn't given any compensation other than the room upgrade.
