Clean rooms and staff are helpful, the toiletries are complete, you get towels & 2 pairs of sandals. It 's not difficult to find food here. Security & receptionist are ready to help, will definitely stay here again if go to Tegal.

Kami pesan superior double, diberi superior twin. Receptionist ngotot pesanan yang masuk twin dan yang tersedia hanya twin. Pasahal jelas masih banyak superior double yang kosong. Saya sudah jelaskan bahwa kami pesan yang double dan yang double ini harganya beda lebih mahal dari yang twin.

Lots of room but the hall was quiet. The TV is using mncvision so there aren't many channel options. Parking space is quite spacious, but the gap is a bit tight. The breakfast didn't have many food variety, but the taste is great. Lots of fast food restaurant near the hotel so this is a plus point I guess?

Really love the ambiance, and the customer service π«Άπ», gonna go back to this hotel when ied fitri ππ», my friends love this hotel too, but at night we hear some knock like tukang baso at 6th floor, was scared but I don't mind π.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Although when check in we have to deposit Rp 200.000 for 2 rooms while other hotels never ask for deposits. Anyway overall good. And one more advice the securities needs more training in arranging cars to park.
