Asked additional 80.000 IDR for newer room. The Hotel is big, great for family that love nature, many activities for the kids to explore. Food is acceptable, very clean & friendly staff

We went there for weekend gateaway also to celebrate my mother's birthday. Prior to arrival we have made confirmation also informed the hotel that we stayed there for birthday occasion. We were so happy to find out that the hotel agreed to give a birthday surprise for my mom during breakfast. Thank's to Puri Asri's management for the surprises, it was unforgettable. The hotel is perfect for family vacation, the landscape is different from other hotels in the area. We stayed in the room facing river which has comforting view and close to playing ground area.

Been there for 2 nights. The room and meal was ok but the view was majestic. They kept it clean and tidy in natural way. I love to sit in front of the river and did nothing. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They've made our weekend inspiring delighted

20 years ago, when I was kid I have visited this hotel once. 2019 is my second visit here. the facilities, decoration, furniture get so much improvement here. I almost can't recognize how was the hotel looks 20 years ago. it's a pleasure to stay at here again. wonderful scenery, good meals, professional service, it's a good choice for family holiday. thank you

This hotel so perfect! Good facilities and rooms. Near river. A lot of facilities which good for family vacation. Good view. But food for breakfast is standard. But it was nice stayed at this hotel!

spacious hotel, and comfortable for holiday with family. there are rafting, stilts, clogs, the room is also nice, clean, spacious parking lot, very fresh air. clean, the restaurant food is delicious but needs to be improved so that the food is varied. overall wonderfull.

the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very comfortable and clean, for a staycation it is very comfortable and refreshing, unfortunately for a 5-star class breakfast in my opinion it is still lacking..maybe the taste and variety need to be improved again. overall it is very pleasant to stay here.

Super complete. For a beautiful family, complete for children. Indeed, for the elderly it is a bit troublesome to walk around, but there is a shuttle that is easily accessible. Good food. Extra friendly service. We will definitely come back again!

Executive river view room is located closest to the river and the pool, so the kids don't have to walk far to get to those 2 spots. The view is soooooo beautiful! When it's clear, you can see the mountains across the river. The swans are actually cute, but once you feed them, they'll keep coming back hahaha..

There's nothing lacking, yes, it's in accordance with all the services, it's worth it, trust me, hmm, the coffee during breakfast is a bit weak, but that's the only thing among all the advantages of the service which is top notch.
