Unfortunately, we were not comfortable here because of the damp condition of the room, the dirty bathroom, as if it had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was no hand shower to make ablution easier for Muslims.

Late check in very easy, close to the airport.. but the room I didn't expect that.. there were so many scratches on the table and it was very dirty to look at.. the chair had so many dirt marks that I was afraid to sit on the chair and eat at the table.. finally I sat on the bed and the towel oh my god I was really shocked because the towel was torn on the edges so I didn't dare to use a towel, I just used my own t-shirt. but the bed was OK and the AC was hot, it was okay for a transit of only 5-6 hours to rest, the staff was friendly.. this is probably a 3 star hotel what do you expect, right..

for a hotel in Bali that has been operating for quite a long time, answering with the reason: "because yesterday was Nyepi" in my opinion is unprofessional. I chose a buffet package during lunch on Nyepi day, however, the amount of food was inadequate. even though the meal time had not finished - it was still about 1 hour away, however, some food menus were not available. the next day, breakfast was served late. 45 minutes from the time informed. there were some cold menus, such as sausages, salads were not yet available, drinks were not yet complete, even cutlery (spoons, forks) were not yet available. to order eggs were not available because they were out of stock. the staff replied: we ran out of stock because yesterday was Nyepi.
