The mainstay if you are on a trip to Semarang with your wife and children. Family-friendly hotel, the rooms are soundproof, safe, clean, and quiet. Security is also friendly.

Hi sis, yesterday I got room number 215.. I want to give some input: 1. There are 3 sockets (bathroom, under TV & behind TV) yesterday the only one that could be used was 1 behind the TV, the rest couldn't be used 🙏 2. I don't know if there was a miscommunication / how when my mother asked if there was an elevator / not the receptionist said there wasn't, when I got there the security guard said it was still under maintenance. Just a suggestion if the elevator can't be used at least someone helps us carry our suitcases to the room on the 2nd floor / to the receptionist when we want to check out because yesterday they said no one could help ☺️🙏

Well maintained old hotel. The room & bathroom are clean, breakfast is delivered to the room, the menu and taste are okay. The staff are friendly & responsive. Quite close to Paragon City & Queen City Mall. If you want to jog to the old city, it's still okay.

The choice of hotels in the city center is quite good, easy access everywhere, minus the lift not working, so it's quite a challenge if you get a room on the top floor with lots of luggage/suitcases and parents. Please activate the elevator immediately.

The hot water in the bathroom is not optimal, breakfast is delivered to the room with a rice box, drinking water is not provided in the room, there is no water heater and the room package is only given 1 set for 2 guests.

(-) 1. The bathroom drain smells & is clogged:") 2. No drinking water/tea/coffee. 3. No breakfast & amenities (because I chose a cheap room around 200. (+) Very good! The hotel is close to Lawang Sewu, the service is friendly, the AC is cold (this is really needed), there is a lift, the parking lot is spacious, there is only 1 socket (so I suggest bringing a terminal), you get a thermos & glass, the service to buy drinking water and others is 24 hours, there is a TV & WiFi, and 1 hanger is provided. Overall 8/10. Suggestion: for every guest who goes home, open the shower drain in the bathroom & clean the drain: ') because it causes clogs, there is a lot of dirt hua: (.
