Sunday, April 20th, there were many visitors. But once the food ran out, it was not refilled. Because on Saturday, April 19th, it was the same even though breakfast was at 7 am

It's always comfortable staying at this hotel. The place isn't noisy, and the staff are very friendly.

I stayed here 3 years ago, and will stay again in 2025. The breakfast has improved, with additional herbal drinks and other variations. I also got a dinner package. The food at Savana Bistro is also delicious and the price is quite affordable. The children's play area has also moved and is getting better.

The staff is nice and helpful. I have stayed here many times every time I go to Semarang. Everything is clean. Asking for a make up room every day while I stay is also clean. PR 1, maybe they are chasing targets or whatever, when they are selling too much, there are those who like to call my room offering food promotions or spa. I can call the receptionist twice who likes to ask for confirmation. I am a person who likes to sleep. Especially with lots of activities like this. But yeah, everything is cured by the comfortable room. Oh yeah, while I'm thinking about it, the bidet really hurts to flush. Not because it's too tight. But because the holes in the bidet for the water to come out are often clogged and only come out from a few holes, it really hurts on the skin because automatically pressing a little bit can be felt up to the crown of the head. Please fix this. Thanks 95/100! ❤️

strategic location, many places to eat, minimarket, spacious room, unique, there is a place for children to play, breakfast is OK and the additional child price is very worth it. Hopefully the male front office staff can be friendlier.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always been pretty cozy and affordable. It's quiet, the staff is super friendly, and they have a great selection of food for sahur during Ramadan. Honestly, it's the best value for the price!
