Nice place for staycation. Suitable for wide range audience. The room's comfortable, simple but it's just right. Facilities match the description and mostly work as intended. For deluxe room, I think a bigger wardrobe will be a great addition and a toiletries shelf in the shower will make things easier. Overall I enjoy the stay, and the service is good.

I was stayed here because I had to attend concert on ICE BSD. I satisfied with the service and the staffs so friendly. my room was on 28th floor. it was good, has a balcony though you can not opened it. it was locked. the view was amazing. the location was near ice, aeon mall and teraskota.. only take about 15-20 minutes with online taxi... wifi was good, there is alfamart next door.

I stayed for 1 night with my family. Took 2 rooms. 2 adults and 4 children. For breakfast, it only cost an additional 120. It was very cheap with a variety of delicious foods. And the swimming pool was very clean. The children felt at home.

for the price of 500 thousand rupiahs you can get breakfast, it's really worth it. the room is quite spacious, although the property is still a bit old, but comfortable. I got a room on the top floor, which is 31. it's quite scary at night. because it suddenly rained and the wind was very strong. so the windows in the room moved in the wind. for the facilities it's quite complete. the swimming pool is quite large. there are 2 pools for adults and children. the gym is also quite complete. there is a very mini playground for children. the food for breakfast is also quite complete. although the taste is just ordinary. but enough for the pocket friendly price. overall everything fits the price

first time staying with family in the city because the theme of this Eid holiday is a city holiday (BSD). stayed in a junior suite, the room is very spacious, the large bed size can accommodate 1 child and 2 adults, there is a sofa that can be used for additional beds or can add an extra bed and the room area is still quite spacious with the extra bed. Large TV, bringing a PS4 or PS5 is highly recommended, fairly stable wifi. the drawback is the aroma that sometimes appears in the bathroom, but this is minor in my opinion. get a view of the city from the 27th floor which is quite ok.

The room AC is very difficult to set so that the outdoor blower rotates to cool quickly. The bathroom water is stagnant so you have to open the water channel near the Closed. The service is okay and the staff is friendly

AC not working during the night, the room was sweating. AC needs to be replaced with a new one, it's an old type. The room also smells bad, the water smells bad, and the bathroom smells bad.

Check in for 3 new rooms got all the rooms at 4 pm. Initial check in at 2 am, the room smelled of cigarettes, the quality of the linen did not smell good, the room was not soundproof, it was noisy from people outside.

When we first checked in, we were shocked that the room was still messy, trash was scattered, the bathroom had not been cleaned, and the sheets and towels had not been changed. After we protested, the staff immediately replaced us with a bigger room, so it was okay that the staff was not stubborn and wanted to apologize and admit their mistake. Please continue to improve your service even better.

The food and beverage choices are quite varied. The food tastes quite good. There are several choices of cakes served. There are also several fruits, only the papaya is too soft.
