The room is actually clean and comfortable, but accessing the door using a card is a bit difficult, you have to tap several times before it works, hopefully in the future the hotel will improve it.

electrical equipment and its installation are very unsafe, mineral water has an open cap, order for 2 people, only 1 towel, 1 toothbrush and 1 mineral water are provided.

The hotel staff kept coming into the room while I was sleeping. The mineral water was late in coming. And the towels and toiletries were never replaced unless I asked. The room was asked to be cleaned several times but it was not cleaned.

Terrible place, the whole hotel was stinking of urine. All the furniture was either dirty or broken. The bath was broken and stained with horrible red stains. And the room had a toxic cigarette smell. We spoke the the receptionist about this and decide not to stay in the place after seeing the state and smell of the room. They refused a refund even though the state of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost-there are much nicer places to stay in Kendari within the same price range!

The room corridor area was dirty and unkempt, the lift was out of service, the TV was difficult to watch because the picture was blurry, the AC was broken so asked to change rooms on the second day, but the shower and hot water worked well

I stayed for 7 days because of office duties. When you first entered, the receptionist was very stiff, you got a room that looked luxurious in the picture but in reality it had a lot of damage (old hotel). The toilet exhaust is dead so when my family urinates the smell spreads everywhere. Ask to change rooms on the 1st floor, almost all the toilet exhausts are dead, only 1 is on and it is still being used by other guests. As a result, wait until the guest checks out. The indoor lobby is used for smoking and is permitted. Housekeeping was not friendly, asked to mop and said the floor would be wet, very unreasonable. The hotel has breakfast but the menu is not like a hotel. But the jasmine inn. Very, very disappointed with this hotel, basically, trash.
