I stayed here with my lovely fiance for a night here and I got to say that this hotel provides great rooms with an affordable price. The exterior to the interior of the hotel have a nice atmosphere to it. Breakfast menus were good and all staff are friendly. Overall it was a really nice experience for us staying at the hotel.

1 word "PERFECT" I will definitely come back here. Actually yesterday I wanted to add more but unfortunately it was full. If I go to Jogja I will definitely come here again and I recommend it to my friends.

the hotel is beautiful and semi-outdoor. the hotel concept is unique. sells lots of snacks in the front lobby. the staff is very friendly and communicative. helped to be escorted to the room. can leave luggage before checking in and after checking out. the food is delicious. there is a cafe that also has delicious and cheap food. the room is clean. only the bathroom doesn't have hot water. the AC is not too cold but for me who doesn't like the cold, it's cool enough. the soundproofing is lacking. but it doesn't matter because the location of the hotel is quiet. around there are lots of places to eat, access to everywhere is also easy. hopefully it can be maintained and become more advanced

this is the second time staying here clean room, always smells good simple and delicious breakfast price is also cheap 200 thousand to the Malioboro area is also close, less than 10 minutes there are snacks and if you are hungry, just order at the hotel restaurant (the price is also affordable and cheap) highly recommended must stay if you go to Jogja

This is on Gejayan Street, close to UNY and not too far from UGM. It is close to Kopi Delapan Gejayan, the environment is beautiful and not noisy. This is because I have business at UNY so it is very close, the business room is worth it for those who go to Jogja for a few days. The food is provided by the hotel but is complete and delicious.

I stayed here for more than a week, and it was quite pleasant. The location is quite close to the city center, not far on foot, online motorcycle taxis are also close. The room is not spacious, not new, and not too modern, but clean and comfortable. Okay for the standard price (can be cheaper if you book in advance), the concept is not a new and modern hotel, it seems more homey. There are occasional problems (hot water/electricity) but the staff is very helpful. I like the breakfast in the morning, because the menu is not a buffet, but always a different menu every morning.

This hotel is my subscription when visiting my son who is in school and boarding only 600 M from here. The location is in a quiet Gedongan housing complex, but close to the main road access (Affandi Street). There are many delicious places to eat around from student prices to famous restaurants. Reasonable prices, good rooms and facilities, clean, comfortable and super quiet. The restaurant can be used as a working room because it is so quiet and cozy. Breakfast is included, there is no option to exclude it to lower the room rate. One complete menu (no choice) but the taste is delicious, typical home comfort food. During several stays, I have never experienced any problems. But yesterday the neighbor in the next room said that the toilet flush was broken and leaking.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and loved the convenient location, close to many attractions.
