it was great experience. spacious room, clean, and I love the pillow so much. breakfast have a lot of variant menu but for gelato I should pay one scoop 35 rb. I also love that hotel have skybridge to mall

One of best experience to spend our holiday in Resinda hotel Karawang. The kids love the pool and any kids activities. Room is excellent and the best part is there is any bridge to go to the mall.

A very nice stay, we stay for honeymoon and they gave us warm welcome, cakes, and super service. Thank you Resinda. I also try the Chinese restaurant, very nice and also the breakfast nice.
will come back to try the Japanese rest.
Also the shower and baththub are nice, they use Grohe for the shower!

The hotel was nice.. clean, good ambience, great service people, close to mall, good food, large variety of breakfast, comfy room (i love the bathtub), good wifi..! Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely come back if we should stay in Karawang again in the future..

Experience getting room 2102.
Waaahh will be a subscription place to stay.
Advantages
1. All staff are very friendly and helpful
2. The room AC is very cold, clean, big bed
3. Get free complimentary wedding anniversary greetings
4. Spacious parking
5. Lots of kids activities until confused about which one to go first.
6. The breakfast menu is very varied and all delicious 8.5/10
7. Accept suggestions from the breakfast menu, some are a little salty and the taste is immediately improved.
8. Connecting mall is comfortable
Disadvantages
1. There are kids who pay like Foam Party for 100,000
2. The lobby bathroom is a bit muddy maybe because it's crowded. (hopefully it can be paid more attention)
3. The room lobby lights are dim
Overall 9/10 will be a close and comfortable staycation place for families! ❤️ next time if you stay, I recommend asking for room 2101 and 2102

its a great hotel, unfortunately, water pipe broken during our stay. though it fixed it required some time to complete that we as guest, need to use pool shower room

We had a really pleasant stay during our holidays here. Very friendly staff, delicious food, clean spacious room with beautiful view 😍 The children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the oasis waterpark. Thank you so much, Resinda Karawang. Will surely coming back here someday ⭐
