This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we got a room with a private balcony. The room is very spacious equipped with a bench, refrigerator and hair dryer in it. What I like the most is the balcony, from there you can see the sunrise or sunset while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or evening. The staff are also very friendly and ready to help. The manager is also very friendly and always greets the guests and he is always ready to give advice, help or just the information we need. We always feel satisfied while staying at this hotel. All the facilities provided and the friendliness of the staff on duty never disappoints us. Whenever we visit Jogja, we will always return to this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

Location is quite far from city ' s attractions. In my stay, the other guests were mostly business people or corporate ' s group. My room was nice and spacious but its window is facing the road so vehicle ' s sound can be heard. The hotel employees are friendly. The food was OK, just the fried rice a bit too salty.

For convenience it 's still okay, only the bathroom needs to be cleaned more and the towels need to be renewed again.

The room is as same as the pictures, Spacious, the clean is not that much, the bed linen and pillow had to be replaced cause its had fungus and dirty, so made sure to check it before check-in, the condition applicable was for 2 twin bed, but on the check-in I was given King bed. Breakfast just so so, overall it OK, but the price its not equal to the facility.
