I had a lovely stay at Royal Safari Garden! The room was very nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long safari day. The restaurant food really showcased the best of Indonesian cuisine and everything was delicious. I also loved that there were so many enjoyable activities inside the resort, fun for all ages. The first impression of staying here was very pleasant, the hotel staff was very friendly, the service was very pleasant, I stayed in Leopard which is at the back but the feeder car was always there to facilitate guests in and out wherever they went, because this hotel is very spacious. The mini zoo facilities are also good and clean, the playground such as the swimming pool is very good and the pool staff even distributed soap bubbles in the pool to entertain the children. Thank you Royal Safari Hotel, a very memorable family vacation here, very kids friendly.

The hotel is nice with good service. We split our stay in Bogor with 2 nights here and 1 night in Safari Resort. We wish we stayed longer in Safari Resort. Taman Safari (Safari Resort) was very impressive with more activities and close interactions with animals.

2 years ago I stayed at Leopard and the room was clean and felt fresh. 12 Dec 25 I stayed at Leopard again, the room smelled, the bathroom was very dark and smelly and unclean, the carpet had exposed glue, the balcony area was dirty, overall the room felt unclean. When I wanted to borrow an iron at 09.30, the room service only said "it's all out" without helping to find a solution, is there still a time limit for borrowing an iron?

Overall, it's nice, comfortable, and the location is convenient. I was planning to make a reservation for Dine with Giraffe, but the staff who explained the meal were unfriendly and dismissive. I was offended and decided to cancel it for my child. The staff who explained the meal was the one who received the breakfast voucher.

This is my second stay here. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of activities for kids, the food is quite tasty and varied, and the room requests are met. However, I would like to see the lighting in the Cendrawasih bathroom replaced with brighter lighting. It's very dim, unlike the brighter lighting in the Panda bathroom.

Very kid-friendly. Kids are guaranteed to be happy even if they're not on a safari, as there's a mini zoo, mini shows, and you can feed the animals. For parents, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. There's mini golf, fishing, and even boom boom cars! Kids are happy, parents are happy—it's a complete experience.

All good and suitable for family vacation, Note: Need to improve staff service especially entrance ticket staff especially when it is drizzling or raining if there are new guests arriving especially bringing babies and it happens to be very close to the guest's car and the staff is carrying an umbrella can help the guest first or just give them an umbrella to borrow instead of just asking about the ticket and leaving it.. Hopefully it will be improved

everything is good, and the 3rd time we stayed here. only check in was too long, because I arrived at Royal Safari at 12.30 then we went to the reception and was informed that check in was at 3 pm. If the room was ready they would call us. but in fact it was the 3rd time we never got a call if the room was ready. if we went to the reception for the 2nd time we were just given the key, but what is clear is that yesterday we stayed and we saw that the new guest had been given the key around 2 am and we saw it ourselves but he got out of the car then went to the reception and got the key, they thought it was me because it wasn't 3 pm yet so he just kept quiet. at 2.30 the kids were tired. I then asked again without them calling me. I was just given the key. and it turned out that the friend who was checked in was our neighbor staying at Dolphin. My suggestion should be in order whoever comes first gets the key first, don't let the newly arrived ones get it first. Meanwhile, those who have arrived first and are waiting for check-in, let alone on the phone, the receptionist also doesn't serve others. Please fix my message, this is the third time I've been disappointed with this. I chose this Royal Safari because it's not too far from the toll gate and doesn't have to be jammed. Hopefully this one will be fixed. Thanks

I stayed at Elephant 05, the place was comfortable, unfortunately the AC in one room was broken, and it was immediately repaired, it was quite cold, but not as cold as the AC in the other rooms. When we stayed, we didn't turn off the AC because we were afraid it wouldn't be cold anymore, and when we were packing to leave, we turned off the AC in our room, then I tried to turn it back on, it didn't seem to be cold anymore. My message is please check again before guests enter the room. Thank you

Check in was at 3 pm but we arrived at 10 am and were able to play at the Royal Safari facilities even though we hadn't entered the room yet. It's highly recommended for families and children because there are many facilities for children and animal education without having to leave the hotel. Traveloka requested a happy anniversary greeting and it was made with a message saying "I love it, this hotel, thank you, Royal Safari Garden."
