Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

Great place for a staycation with family, lots of attraction for kids. And they can interact with animals. We stayed at the new Panda room, the view from our room is quite relaxing. It's great and nothing to complain about, the only downside it that the water heater seems not able to cope with too many users at the same time. Took a bath at 6 pm and the water is barely lukewarm, as it was no probably when bathing at 11 am. Definitely will come again with a big family.

Its the best place to stay if you want to visit Safari Park, due to location. There are many foods nearby including Cimory and Pizza Hut as well. The hotel is nicely built with lots of animals, more of a miniature of safari park. The only drawbacks are the food (breakfast is so decent, don't buy the woodfired pizza, you'll regret it) and cleanliness of the bedsheet. Otherwise, it would get a perfect score.

For the hotel area, it's okay! It's just that the bathroom lights are very dark, plus at 3 am it's very noisy for a long time🫠 behind the bed it sounds like there's an animal making a sound like a hand scratching, please check it out!

Quite enjoyable, it would be better if guests were given an explanation or there was a leaflet of the facilities they received. The last day we just found out that the discount for entering the safari park was included in the guest service.

There was no information that the room booked for a king-sized bed was not available. When I entered the room, I was surprised that the bed was a twin bed even though I had given a note saying that if you order from the app you can't choose according to availability, so I was disappointed. So far so good, hopefully if I stay again it won't be disappointing.

Initially I ordered the cendrawasih type, but it was not comfortable and asked to be upgraded to giraffe. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the service is very satisfying but unfortunately the room is not soundproof. You can really hear the people in the next room talking😔

Staying at this Royal Safari is the 5th time, and now I am super disappointed with the front desk, Check in is slow and now it's 15.00 I can only check in, I clearly have queued but the front desk just let it be when another guest cut in line even though the officer saw the incident. The price of the game seems to have gone up A bit disappointed with the staff service,

I stayed at G110 from April 11th and checked out on April 12th afternoon. I like the breakfast and the facilities. I thought buying a Taman Safari ticket could be used for 2 days but it turned out to be only 1 day. The hotel is close to Indomaret and market snacks. The staff are friendly. I was only disappointed that the bed linen was ugly and seemed not to have been replaced because there were stains and it smelled and there was hair under the duve cover. when I opened it, it turned out that it was not replaced like the pillow case either. I also thank the Room Boy in the afternoon who replaced everything so that my family and I felt comfortable. I hope it will be improved in the future. Thank you Royal Safari Garden

We stayed in the giraffe suite room and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very family friendly, suitable for families, especially children, they will definitely be happy. The activities around the hotel and resort are very entertaining, the staff are also very friendly, the service is really good.
