it was a 2 days plan to visit Tarakan, turns out to a 4 days business trip. I did my book and extend from Traveloka app and it goes smooth. Surprisingly their breakfast are great. Ayam kecap, Cap cay (mix veggies) both are great. I also notice an unusual local sweeties, it was a black sticky rice served with coconut milk. unfortunately I only got this in day 1, they served another dish on the other days. Im happy customer, but its a little bit tricky when try to pray in the room since bed and table are cramped and not much space to pray conveniently.

The hotel is quite good and comfortable, but with the price of 700 thousand rupiahs. Many facilities are still lacking. Such as a mouthwash glass is not provided, toiletries are only for 1 person, the breakfast menu is mediocre in my opinion.

The hotel staff is very friendly; To be honest, the food was above expectations, even though it was a simple menu, the taste was delicious, the texture of the meat was also really soft. Here also provides a free shuttle to the port.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, the car park is spacious, the atmosphere is calm, the breakfast is complete and quite tasty but most of it is spicy so it's a bit difficult if you bring small children.

Untuk manajement hotel untuk kamar 511 ada kebocoran di atap dekat jendela saat hujan dan staf hotel banyakin senyum ya, khususnya staf bagian resepsionis. Senyum itu ibadah lho.
