rather than getting stuck in traffic to Malang Batu during the holiday season, it's better to come here 1. Get a welcome drink and snack 2. The dinner package is more interesting than exploring outside the hotel, the dinner menu is also delicious 3. Breakfast is varied 4. Additional dinner and breakfast for children are affordable and not expensive 5. In front of the hotel there is a franchise shop so it's easy to buy snacks, just walk 6. The route to the hotel is interesting and exciting hehehe 7. The hotel just needs to renovate a little and complete the facilities for promotion, it will definitely be cool

PROS - Friendly hotel staff - Good breakfast even though there is no buffet - Good view of the surroundings - Clean rooms, complete facilities, complete amenities, clean bathrooms, odorless and stain-free CONS - Going up and down the room lobby is quite tiring because there is no elevator (all use stairs) - Maybe because the hotel is quiet, there are many dark rooms / spaces that tend to be uncomfortable - Lighting is only okay in the lobby, in the corridor area leading to the room tends to be dim - Access to the swimming pool is quite confusing

friendly hotel staff when checking in, cool room and fairly clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with bathtub too. old hotel with well-maintained building and interior. very comfortable in my opinion for Tretes area. nice view of surrounding environment close to many cafes, in front of the hotel there is Alfamart. in the room is very quiet and not noisy. can choose a room on the upper floor & mountain view if you want to stay here. that's a big plus point that we can get. input please give directions for the direction to the elevator because we had difficulty finding the position of the elevator. and towels seem to need to be re-procured from the hotel. because it's not very suitable. luckily we brought our own from home.

strategic location, friendly hotel staff, the food is quite delicious and varied, if I may suggest, maybe the swimming pool rinse room should not be too far from the main pool.. This hotel is the place where I was blessed with my first child after so many years of trying.. 😂 Always be successful and hopefully you can be even more successful thank you

I booked a standard room type but when I checked in I upgraded to superior so that there would be AC it turned out that the AC error code P3 appeared, I called the officer or the receptionist but no one answered I was forced to go to the receptionist to complain about the AC problem, the officer came to the room I rented, after a few minutes of fiddling with the remote the AC was normal and I said that when I first entered it was like this after a few minutes the AC error returned and I asked to move rooms but was not served. And sure enough after a few minutes the officer left the AC error again and I was too lazy to complain again. Big hotel with bad service.
