First experience staying at this hotel. Because it is close to the hospital. The first time I entered the lobby, it was nice, clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, very friendly. But the room needs to be renovated, the granite has started to lift, it is dangerous if it touches your feet, it can hurt. The hot water in the bathroom comes out very little, different from the jet shower or the tap which flows fast. The towels are also dull. The room needs to be fixed. The breakfast has many variations, the chef is friendly, very friendly, the food is also delicious, the cakes are delicious, the drinks have many variations. When checking out, the staff are also friendly. Hopefully, sharia hotels can continue to develop in Kendari.

It is better if the use of swimming pool facilities is included in the room price, considering the distance between the room and the swimming pool is quite far and requires a vehicle to reach it. This will add comfort and added value for hotel guests.

Clean, good strategic location, I am very satisfied staying at this hotel! The location is strategic, close to the city center and easy transportation access. The room is clean, comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive to my every request. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of menu choices.
