this hotel is suitable for family, they have kids swimming pool and kids corner, my son was very happy stay here, the food taste was good, we'll be back here.

My sisters first time here but they said its not comfortable enough, my sisters can't sleep well they said, maybe about the room, anyway thank you.

I love the location, just a short walk to chic cafe, nice restaurant in Bogor. The room is spacious, cozy, they also provide a prayer gown and sajadah it 's a plus. There so many variations of breakfast menu. The pool is large but the water really cool. Amenities in bathroom is minimal. Drinking water in room only 2 bottle/day and I don't know where to refill the water. Cleanliness is good. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night in suite room with family, I think this hotel is a bit overrated as an old hotel. It needs renovations here and there. Old furniture, spacious but empty room. Cleanliness, definitely needs improvement especially with the bathroom. However, appreciate their fast response to our request for cleaning service. There's a swimming pool for kids, but suggest to ground some rules and put staff to monitor as we found it uncomfortable to swim with some other kids half and*d without swimsuits. Food was okay considering the room rate. Food taste can be improved tho. Good point is the strategic location, you can find places to eat and hang out nearby. Overall, it's been an OK experience to stay here.

Thank you for the services. This is one of the kids friendly hotel, my son is very happy cause he can play with the animals on kids activities, the staff is so friendly and let him join the games even won the prize lol. And the room is also homey and we like it a lot. No complaints for everything. Thank you.
