the room is spacious and clean, there are 4 pillows on the bed, hot water works very well, the swimming pool is small but enough. there are also playground and some restaurant around. I got early check in smoothly.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the only drawback is that in the new building there is no lift that goes directly to the lobby, so it's really tiring to have to go to the old building to access the lobby.

Upon arrival, we wanted to check in, but suddenly we weren't given a room. Even though there were still many rooms available. Don't know why that was. The reason was blaming online travel. There were several guests who were with us who also experienced the same thing. When checking in, they had paid but weren't given a room.
Some of the guests were even moved to a local hotel *3. I was moved to Santika *3. The point is, whatever the reason for the hotel with online travel, don't let it happen, guests have booked & paid online, suddenly want to check in, not given a room. This is really outrageous & disappointing, very bad attitude & should be an achievement so the hotel should be punished. And strangely, I booked through Traveloka, but the hotel's booking letter information was from KLIK n BOOK. Because they can't replace all guest losses, toll gas, time, energy. So the check-in process to the replacement hotel also takes time, toll gas again, the distance is far, and *3 too. The hotel should have replaced our losses in full.
The attitude of this hotel is very bad.
IN THE FUTURE, BOTH TRAVELOKA AND THE HOTEL SHOULD NOT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN, THAT GUESTS ARE NOT GIVEN ROOMS EVEN DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON/EID AL-FITR. THIS SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED DAYS IN ADVANCE.
TRAVELOKA: DO NOT JUST THROW CUSTOMER BOOKINGS TO THIRD PARTIES (IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER APPLICATIONS LIKE CLICK N BOOK & TRAVELIO, IT'S TROUBLESOME). IF IT IS NOT FIXED, MANY CUSTOMERS WILL USE OTHER ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS.
HOTELS: OFTEN CHECK & CONFIRM THE QUOTA YOU GIVE TO ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS. SO THAT OVERBOOKING DOES NOT OCCUR. LOCAL HOTELS LIKE THIS SHOULD HAVE MAXIMUM SOLUTIONS FOR GUESTS IF UNWANTED THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN, INSTEAD OF UNDERESTIMATING GUESTS, JUST BECAUSE IT'S PEAK SEASON, ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT, YOU DON'T ANSWER THE GUEST'S LOSSES OTHER THAN MOVING HOTELS.
FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS: CONSIDER BOOKING WITH TRAVELOKA DURING SDG PEAK SEASON/HOLIDAY SEASON/LONG WEEKENDS & CONFIRM FIRST WITH THE HOTEL, BECAUSE IT IS NOT NECESSARY WHAT'S ON THE APPLICATION MATCHES THE REALITY AT THE HOTEL.

Overall, everything is good. The only thing that's lacking is the access. The hotel is close to the main road, but the problem is when it rains heavily, the access road to the hotel floods, which takes quite a while.
