Check in process was smooth. Good location, next to the beach, food stalls, mini market and restaurants. During pandemic, breakfast is served in a box. I would like to encourage that Singaraja Hotel to keep the spirit of tourism even though low occupancy recently.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, right by the beach. Very quiet and relaxing to stay here. Perfect room for me, lots of tv channel options, clean room, nice bed, nice pillow as well. This is my 4th times staying in this place. Keep up the good work team!!!

The toilet needs to be cleaned and make sure there is no brownish color on the side of the door and toilet list, so it's a bit disgusting.

The room had stains on the door & under the TV, the bed sheet had chili sauce stains when we arrived and the stains were not cleaned on the 2nd day, the bathroom toilet bidet was broken, the shower & sink water pressure was very low, the cable plug was loose (room 625)
Overall everything is comfortable, super cold AC, fast elevator speed, there is a minimarket in front of the reception, spacious car park, alert & free parking attendants, there is a clean swimming pool, private beach, friendly for bringing family & children
Must take a room with OCEAN VIEW!! The Sunset view is awesome
Note: if possible the room lights should be yellow to make it more comfortable

Favorite hotel from the past (pop and changed to Singaraja Hotel) which is familiar to stay with family. Strategic location, spacious parking, friendly staff. Especially if there is a kids pool it will be more familiar. Need to be improved again in terms of maintenance. - sink drain not working. - toilet leaking shower area. - skirting damaged. - ceiling area AC damaged (maybe from AC condensation) - flushing closed button is hard. - yellow closed water with xx when flushing remains yellow. - jet washer closed is stuck. - wall above headbed dusty. - room smells damp. - need to change towels. - water pressure is lacking. - no wardrobe for hanging clothes. - foyer downlight lights are dazzling in the eyes. - suggestions for power outlets may need to be added and use USB power outlets. - in the room can not be used for prayer (no space) - TV broadcast images are not good (maybe it's time to upgrade the TV) - trash bin should have a lid so that it looks clean and not dirty. Breakfast menu, when I ordered soy sauce chicken, the chicken was very hard, like chicken that had been fried. Because I am a chef, I know which chicken is freshly cut and then fried and made into soy sauce chicken because of the texture. I also ordered fried rice, for my child, but the red chili was too much for the standard size of fried rice (about 2 large red chilies were sliced and mixed into the fried rice).

The room is very narrow. It is difficult to pray. The bathroom is shaped like that, so the water overflows onto the floor. The curtains in the room are broken and have not been repaired. So the window is open once. Even though it is on the top floor, it is still uncomfortable.
