The hotel is over my expectation. The interior makes the hotel looks spacious. What I like the most is the area in front of elevator. The room itself was not humid and I love the smells of the room. For sure I will stay here!

The hotel staff at check in and out were friendly. The downside was that at check in the security at the drop off did not help carry my suitcase to the lobby even though I had a lot of luggage and the Cleaning Service did not sweep the room unless asked. But overall this hotel is very good. Near the mall. Easy to order food. I have stayed here many times for official business at the invitation of the Ministry of Education and Culture. And this year I deliberately stayed for a vacation. Next year I'll be back.

Usually the hotel staff are friendly, but the one at the reception is unusual, a bit cynical, a tall man, I forgot his name, and the one at the restaurant, a small woman, the staff is a bit unfriendly, hopefully it will be better in the future.
