I actually stay quite long here at this hotel, starting on the 29th of Dec till the 3rd of Jan, to spend my new year. The hotel truly lives up to its name "Spencer Green". I like the green and lush exteriors, with many trees, plants, and flowers. The service is also incredible. The staffs are nice and helpful. But I really must highlight the food. All of them are delicious!! Because I stay on New Year's Eve, I got breakfast + afternoon tea + New Year Dinner. All of them exceed expectation. The variety of the menu, and especially the taste. I really should applaud the Restaurant staffs and the Chef. Great job! My only concern is this hotel's location. It is quite far from the city center. But this also means it is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Spencer Green!

This hotel is actually good, but unfortunately it's not well maintained..such as:
1. The elevator is not well maintained (some floors are broken and the elevator buttons are also broken, but the elevator is still in good condition so don't worry about using the elevatorðŸ¤)
2. The room door can't be locked from the inside, so my mother is a bit worried that my child will suddenly leave the room, so she has to be extra careful with her little one

a bit far from jatim park.
breakfast tastes not so good.
many groups. when they walk in the corridor the sound is really loud.
at 5 am the group sang and yelled with very loud music.
finally we couldn't stand it and asked for a refund for the next night.
fortunately the staff didn't make the refund process difficult. they said the refund would take a week.
