Perfect for a short staycation. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good as well. The highlight is the smart TV and Netflix they have in every room.

Very recommended place to stay and enjoy the time with family. Great hospitality and all staffs were so friendly, the hotel was clean, fragrant or smell so good and relaxing when I was there. Only the refrigerator wasn't cold, AC, TV and other facilities in room were great. I'm gonna back again soon for the next family staycation at Tuscany:) Keep up the great work, Tuscany! Thank you.

The room smell old , humid, no aerations - old and muggy. The towel smell terrible and look run down and unsanitized. The top corner of the room there is a fungi because of water leak. The ac blow to your face while sleep

Staff was friendly. Location was great. Food was okay, most of it was a bit off. I tried to order room service, it takes longer than expected, and most of the food was cold by the time it comes. Love the mocktail, though. It was refreshing. Bathroom cleanliness was a bit off, it looks old as it has lots of watermarks. Otherwise overall it was okay.

The room is not as spacious as it looks on profile. The bathroom is not a 3 stars hotel performance. Very small.

My first time here, and it went quite good, consider to stay here again sometime. Access to main road toll to the airport, probably why so many guest stay here, room was okay even though they put 2twin bed into 1 single bed, clean and comfortable, lots of shop for coffee or snack, have a circleK for midnite snacks, ATMs. Don't expect for late check-out here, because this hotel is busy as hell. Does have smoking room which a plus. Keep up the good work then.

Room was spacious, place was clean but there is a stain on the bed sheet. For the room overall is good. Was disappointed with the breakfast/sahoor menu. I paid 130k IDR for additional breakfast/sahoor and the menu is not worth it. The sambal and lupis cake is still frozen:(and other foods is not served warm.

The bed was so dusty. 1st day, we tried to call housekeeping, but there was no action. The family room is quiet big. The breakfast is good enough.
