There are some things that I am disappointed with this hotel, the balcony facility cannot be used even though when I booked it, that's what I was looking for, why did I choose this hotel for a vacation, but when I checked in, the receptionist said the balcony could not be used and was locked, the second is about checking in where we waited a long time to get a room with this and that reason even though at that time I saw that there were not many guests who wanted to check in at this hotel, but we waited almost 1 hour to get a room, even though I asked the receptionist every few minutes about the room that could be used, when we got it, they pranked us again because the room card didn't work so we had to go back downstairs to ask the receptionist. a lot of time was wasted just waiting for room availability, the check-in schedule is 14.00 and check-out is 12.00, it's not even 24 hours, if it's wasted with the 1 hour waiting time for the room, it's very detrimental! Please pay attention to the management in the performance of hotel employees.!

One of the most comfortable hotel in Balikpapan. The food were good, I tried their Soto Banjar and Soto Lamongan and it tasted good. The location close to Plaza Balikpapan and also only 10 mins away from Pentacity Mall.
