There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

Ordered non-smoking room but got smoking room, then ordered double bed but got twin. They said it was not available as ordered. I ordered it long ago, which means it should have been ready.

I stayed at their ocean view double. Bed size and pillows they offer was simply good. Ocean view was perfect. Nothing cuts your view for the ocean. Full glass window. I really enjoyed it. And their massage therapists are very proffessional. I even think that I can come there again only for the massage. Best hotel massage I have ever had in Indonesia so far. Breakfast buffet was also good with variety and taste as for local. I went there for diving. Jetty are walking distance, so convenient. Minus is Reception took too long time. Room was a bit dusty behind the desk. You cannot expect enough sound proof. At second night, my neighbour was a family with kids and it was a bit disturbing at night... But who can blame kids. They want to enjoy holiday too in their manner... There are not nice restaurants around but you can enjoy the meal with sea view at hotel restaurant on Ground Level and 20th Floor. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and I might stay there again if I travel to the same location of Makassar next time.

Check in at 4 am even though it was written on the note that I would be checking in late but the hotel informed me that the system had canceled it but after that I was able to get a room, there was a problem with the room's AC not turning on, the technician helped me and it turned out that the MCB was not turned on, for the room service menu you have to contact the restaurant to see the menu, maybe it's better to provide a QR code menu or menu brochure so that it's easier to see, the food is delicious, the rest is good, it can be improved further
