At first I was annoyed because I was given a smoking room, even though I was staying with my children, taking 2 rooms, thankfully the manager immediately decided to find another room that was a non-smoking room. Thank you, Ma'am. Furthermore, the experience of staying here was very pleasant. The room was clean and fragrant, the sheets and towels were clean white. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's strategic location is in the city center, close to culinary and Bangka's typical souvenirs, the hotel service is satisfactory, only the parking location is lacking because the parking area is in an open area.

We had a pleasant stay for a week during peak season. Staying at Swissbel Pangkalpinang was the right choice as this hotel is located at the city center and surrounded with food tenants and restaurants. Breakfast time was also our favorite, since the offered variety of foods whether local taste, international style with great taste. Other thing to add, Swissbel deluxe room is also quite spacious completed with its cleanliness. We would love to stay at this hotel, once we back to Pangkalpinang.

The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. There is a swimming pool, fitness area and children's play area, children feel at home. The room and bathroom are clean, the soap and shampoo smell good. The room is not soundproof, at night there is noisy sound either from the hallway or the room above. Overall satisfied, the child asked to come back to stay here again🤭

Staff when check out is bad. Very unfriendly. No wonderful trip here staycation. Very bad meomories. Closing with penalty fine. In the end. No compromise policy. So tragic.

The hotel staff are friendly, the room is quite big, the mattress is soft, 2 jumbo + 2 medium pillows, the cleanliness is good, only in the corners and under the room table there is still a little dust + hair from other guests, the hotel location is close to Ramayana and many places to buy snacks, just walk away, every Saturday night there is a food stall and live music according to the staff.
