The room was nice and quite clean, but the door to the room had to be replaced because the key could not be returned when locked from the inside, so I was locked in the room.

After staying here several times, this is the first time I got super bad service. Check-in was super slow, no towels in the room, squat toilet was dirty, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Really great! 🤟

Sangat kecewa dengan menginap disini, dengan harga yang sangat mahal, masih mendingan nginap di hotel rate 200-300

1. Pertama datang dalam keadaan sudah capek, kepengurusan check in sangat mudah dan resepsionis friendly dan terbantu, namun pada saat kita masuk kamar, kartu aksesnya tidak bisa untuk membuka, dan butuh waktu lama lagi untuk dibantu tim mekanis mereka
2. Mau melakukan kontak di resepsionis, ternyata kabel telfonya putus sejak awal alhasil perlu ekstra lagi ke lobi bawah
3. Mau mandi, sangat kecewa showernya airnya kecil, kebayang betapa menyebalkannya mandi dengan air shower seperti itu
4. Berharap breakfastnya baik, kami datang di jam 9 an, namun ternyata beberapa main course sudah banyak yang tinggal dikit, dan tidak di refil. infonya breakfast jam 06.00 - 10.00 masih ada 1 jam lagi seharusnya masih adalah.

salah satu hotel yang cukup nyaman untuk staycation. dari lobby udah disambut staff dengan ramah, barang2 turun dari mobil securitynya gerceppp bantu bawain semuanya masuk ke dalam. proses check in cepat dan bisa sambil minum welcoming drink yang super segerr 🍹 kamar non smoking yang dipesan ternyata full jadi dikasih upgrade kamar for free! FREE. Super happy karena mereka tetap usahain kamar non smoking untuk kami yang bawa baby 🎉 kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya cukup luas walau bukan yang luas2 banget, kebersihannya okee, sabun shampoo dll lengkap dan ada hair dryer jugaaaa. btw AC nya super dingin! bahkan 30º juga tetap dingin, AC dimatikan juga masih terasa dinginnya 🤭 untuk sarapan oke lah, cukup bervariasi menu nya. tapi emang resto nya kurang gedee jadi cukup terasa crowded. overall kami puas dengan service di Swiss-Belinn ini. baby juga pulesss banget tidurnya karena soundproffnya lumayan meredam suara alhamdulillah, jadi kami bisa nyaman istirahatnya masyaAllah. ♡ thank you Swiss-Belinn ✨️
