Staying 3 nights at Swiss-Belhotel Cawang was a very pleasant experience, during dinner I asked for help making eggs for my child who can't eat spicy food and the restaurant staff immediately prepared them happily, thank you Swiss-Belhotel in Cawang🙏🏻

The electrical plug was loose, I ordered food at the restaurant at 13.30 and called twice without any response, the food service at the restaurant next to the lobby was very disappointing (the food I ordered was not what I ordered).

The breakfast is tasteless and bland. When I stayed there, the breakfast was fried noodles and chicken with green chilies... it had no flavor at all. The other dishes were also very lacking.

It's comfortable, but the basement parking area is lacking, so you have to go outside the mixed-use building that provides access to the LRT, and the parking area seems to still be under construction, with a lot of land that isn't entirely walled or concrete. Overall, it's OK because I stayed overnight just to be close to the Airforce Run event venue.

Before the management changed, the food was delicious. The restaurant had delicious empal gentong at a reasonable price. But with the current management, I've stayed there twice and the food is really lacking. Even breakfast is bland. The restaurant's prices are unreasonable and the food isn't delicious.

Ordered a non-smoking room, when we arrived at the location, only smoking rooms were left. My wife said she was very allergic to cigarette smoke, as it could trigger asthma. The only solution was to open the bathroom and let it be exhausted by the bathroom exhaust fan. They promised ozone and rainbow room air conditioners, but after waiting for an hour, they were never delivered. Called Guess Relations, and they answered, "Oh, it hasn't arrived yet, sis." Did you have customer service training with me? When I got out of the elevator on the 12th floor, it smelled like a bus terminal. Cigarettes all over, making me nauseous. When I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes too, and I had to spray the room. Plus, the bedsheets and pillowcases were very dirty. An experience I don't want to repeat.. Unfortunately, I was tired from driving from Solo. I had no energy left to argue..
