Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

overall staying 2 nights in swissbellin hotel was awesome. the room is tidy and the bathroom is quite spacious. I really recommend this place if you want to stay in surabaya

3 stars feel like 4 stars... Spacious room above expectation, facilities such as hair dryer, sdb. Attractive view. Distance to the city center is not far, many restaurants along the way.

For the hotel, I think it's perfect. Starting with the friendliness of the Receptionist, security, Valley officers, all are friendly. The cleanliness of the room is also clean, the AC is cold & the room is big. Just for my input: 1. Please for the Double Bed, can be replaced with a King bed, because in the middle there is a gap if the double bed is put together. Poor my child's sleep is also not comfortable 2. For cars that park at Valley, you have to be a little patient waiting if it's crowded, because there are not many Valley officers.

It was very nice staying here; Although the shower's water pressure was a bit weak, my overall stay was awesome. Some sounds leaked from the neighbouring room, though.
