Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

Get upgraded to Deluxe room which is very spacious and nice. The room is clean and comfortable. There are variety of breakfast menu and taste good. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. Easy to find restaurants with good food, exit the back door and find Jalan Selat Panjang. Will come back again.

1 thing missing, if you want to borrow cutlery, you are told to go downstairs, the reason is that the kitchen doesn't have access upstairs, in 2025 there will still be people like this

my experiences here everythings good, comfortable, and the staff was nice. And the food is So delicious. But one thing that I want to tells about the variant of the food in day 1 and day 2 is seems like similar. I hope you guys can add some kinds of food that not similar that make us boring about it. thats it. thankyou

1. There is no visible hotel sign from afar, so we were confused and wandered around.
2. The first security guard we met did not help us at all, we had to ask where the parking lot was first.
3. There were no hotel staff on standby at the lobby entrance, the door had to be opened by ourselves, while we were carrying our belongings
4. The Call Center was not on standby, we called them twice before entering the hotel, but no one answered the phone
5. At check-in, there was only 1 receptionist, so we had to wait a while.
