very strategic location, there is a pedestrian bridge (equipped with a lift) to Tunjungan plaza. Near the mosque and many places to eat in Tunjungan plaza or along Jalan Tunjungan. The staff is very friendly and responsive. When we stayed, car parking was limited, valet system (free), only parking outside and the land was still paved. The city view from the room is very beautiful. Suggestions for the room toilet need to add a shower toilet (very helpful if you bring small children) and add facilities for children.
This hotel is highly recommended for those of you who are looking for a comfortable room and close to the city center.

All staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are also clean. Breakfast menu is varied and delicious. One day, God willing, will stay again when visiting TP. A pleasant stay experience. Thank you.

very friendly staff..fast service..clean room, I stayed in room 1722...very beautiful view from the 17th floor as requested...swimming pool is also good and comfortable...very enjoyable while staying at swii belin tunjungan....just cross the street and take the elevator, walk a little and you will arrive at TP 2...

Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was fast. The AC in the lobby and hallway was not cold. But the AC in the room was quite cold. The carpet in the room was quite clean but a bit worn out, needs to be replaced.
I tried sahur at the hotel restaurant, there were not many menu variations but the food tasted quite good.
