First time staying at this hotel, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is strategic near Enchanting Valley, Papa Dino, Cimory Dailyland Mountain View. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff are friendly, the service is good, but if possible, the ethnic rooms should be renovated, the wood is starting to rot, the mattress and bed sheets look shabby, the wifi has to be outside the room to connect, but the offer all will try the room near the swimming pool.

Hotel Taman Teratai with affordable price is highly recommended for staycation. The hotel is clean, comfortable, spacious, good facilities and delicious food. The staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is clean and the hotel environment is very cool because there are many plants.

have stayed here several times, and this time I was not satisfied. With the price of lebaran that is double, got a dirty room, smells damp, torn mattress and visible springs, unclean sheets, lots of wood chips from termites near the door. dirty tissue rolls as if they had not been replaced for a long time. the toilet seat cover was also broken. oh yeah, ordered crispy chicken food from the restaurant, the chicken was not washed properly. when eaten, there was still blood, and the frying was only half cooked.
the plus is the strategic location close to tourist attractions, clean swimming pool, friendly staff. please improve the cleanliness and comfort for guests staying. thank you

very happy to stay here, although the hotel has an ethnic feel but it is not spooky. the room is also clean and all the facilities are good such as the water heater works well. the staff is friendly and the food is also delicious if I go to Puncak I will stay here again.

came here during Eid 2025. The hotel is very comfortable. The location is right on the side of the road. You can check in early, the check out process is also very fast. The swimming pool is clean. It's good. Will come here again if you want to stay around Puncak

Well, this is my first room order, the family deluxe

I stayed on the 8th, booked 2 rooms, and this is a review for the deluxe room
actually it's quite good for staying, it's just a shame I got a room with a less cold AC, maybe it was colder outside because it happened to be raining outside
and the floor of the room was a bit dirty, to the point that if there was a broom I wanted to sweep the floor myself
for the food it's quite delicious
location on the side of the road so access is very easy
there is a swimming pool, so the kids can play

Stayed yesterday during the Chinese New Year holiday.. initially because I wanted to find a hotel that was close, not too high and because I was curious when I stayed at the hotel next door, it seemed like the swimming pool was nice. When I arrived, I was told to go to the next building because I ordered the deluxe one. The one in the new building is only for the executive ones. When I first arrived, the impression was a bit scary because the room was a bit dark. When I saw the bathroom, there was a part that was open, so it added to the scary impression. The kids and I didn't dare to take a shower with the door fully closed. So we propped it up a bit so it could be opened a bit. The cleanliness was also not as expected. They gave me towels that were still damp/wet. The floor was a bit dirty so I took the initiative to borrow a broom. But for that price, you can get afternoon snacks, breakfast, and the swimming pool facilities are actually pretty good. If I stay again tomorrow, I want to try the executive one.
