I was greeted with a slice of tart cake that read "Welcome to me and my family." The bathroom mirror also had a special welcome message for me and my family. The Tebu Hotel welcomed me wonderfully. I stayed for 3 nights. The service was excellent, the laundry was clean, and the staff was friendly. The staff responded quickly to any request I made. It was amazing.

The hotel is very near to a lot of fashion outlets and eateries. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a few days in an amazing 2 level room fit for my family of 6. Kids loving it so much. We also love to start our days there with variety of delicious breakfast at the rooftop with amazing scenery of Bandung city. We’ll definitely come back here in the future.

First time staying here and it turned out to be very comfortable, the location is close to restaurants and shopping centers, and Gedung Sate. Stayed with family to celebrate the New Year 2024 dinner party and was lucky to get a door prize voucher to stay at Hotel Tebu. Thank you Hotel Tebu and Traveloka.

Friendly and trustworthy staff, previously I stayed and left my ring in the room, the receptionist helped me find it, thank you very much Mba Nadya and room service for finding it🙏🏻☺️ The convenient parking area is what makes us always choose to stay at Tebu when we go to Bandung.

1. The pool's pH is too acidic. Normally, it's 7.2-7.8. Please check it again because the water is very acidic. The chlorine smell is very strong, even when the elevator door is opened. It makes your body sting and causes a rash after swimming. My child now has white spots on his cheeks, even though he's only been swimming once. 2. Please pay attention to the availability of towels at the pool. 3. Please refill the soap and shampoo. The soap dispenser is very difficult to press. 4. The cold water tap didn't work when we first arrived, but it was finally fixed the next day after reporting this to the front desk.

Strategic location, friendly staff, and quick response. The downside was that the safety deposit box was broken, but we were given a manual key. Netflix isn't free, so you have to use your own account, hehe.
