responsive, clean room, friendly staff

This hotel is very comfortable but at the first day I visit and forgot the click bayar for the ovo app, I arrive at the hotel after 12am midnight, they increase the price to pay cash and they do not want to give me to stay at the price online. I said I will stay couple of days I can book now, but they don't allow and make me walk far to another hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the security guard always greets and even salutes like a soldier to every guest (it's a bit exaggerated if you salute at all). The room on the 6th floor is quite safe from the sound of the nightclub next to the reception desk which is quite noisy and can be heard from inside the elevator to the floor. 3. The room is very clean for a 2* hotel, the towels are also still clean plus fragrant. The TV is already Android & directly connected to the Hotel's Wi-Fi, so you can watch YouTube and others smoothly. Unfortunately, the area around this hotel is quite far from minimarkets or comfortable places to eat. I also highly do not recommend this hotel for female travelers, especially those who are alone or bring small children.

I'm chose the nearest hotel when I go, because extremely tired, come in 11:00 night. Just want to sleep because early morning must go again. But can't sleep at all, because a man screaming, kick door from 01:00 till early morning. Its not hotel to sleep, so crazy. And no one stop that man. If you want to sleep never choose this place.

The receptionist was less than professional, this is my personal experience when staying, I ordered through Treveloka at a price of around 297 thousand/room, after checking I validated that I would extend it to 7 days (plan). And the first receptionist responded friendly and served with validation, you could go through Treveloka or directly at the hotel. Disklemer: as long as I use treveloka, when booking a hotel the price is the same as the application, but especially in thematic hotels, from the price of 297K when I want to renew the receptionist says 400 thousand, whereas in the application it is still the same. And after I wanted to order via Treveloka, suddenly it was sold out, I confirmed it with the receptionist (a different person) at night what the Treveloka application was for, I didn't know and it took a long time in the box, after I asked, could it be done or not, sir, Katana tried again, just right. The trial only applies for cash payments and must use a credit card. And I don't have one, I suspect the receptionist is trying to set the application to either raise the price or force me not to stay again. Very disappointed! Notes; What is clear is that this is advice to Treveloka, don't give access to price changes in the sticky box, even though there is a review period and process when prices are increased and decreased, so that the receptionist doesn't just adjust according to what they want, and this makes me uncomfortable at this hotel. Clean hotel, very friendly staff, spacious and fragrant rooms, unfortunately the hot water was being repaired when we stayed.

Privacy of Hotel Guests who stay is not considered. There are female Massage Keliling sellers who knock on the room door and offer massage without us ordering in advance. Security is too exaggerated in greeting guests (military salute), making guests uncomfortable. The room is neat, clean, does not smell of cigarettes even though smoking is allowed in the room. Staying here if you want to sleep well, and want privacy, is not recommended. But if you are transiting after Spa or Karaoke, please go ahead.

Tempat nya bersih, selimut nya berbahan gatal teus karena ada tempat hiburan nya agak dikit berisik. Tidak recomen untuk orang yang plg transit kelelahan. Trus banyak om om pengunjung CLUB nya yang mata nya jelalatan! Tapi sejauh ini bersih dan ramah pegawai nya
