It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

Had a pleasant stay. Staffs are helpful, they accommodate sahoor for guests that are fasting. Amenities are great, room is clean. The views are great. Definitely worth it.

During this Covid situation, they still give awesome services, also clean and tidy room. I have problem with tapping card on the lift but the staff solve this problem in seconds, well done! I've already enjoyed 1O1 Dago (Bandung) too, it's awesome!

When preparing for guests to enter, it might be possible to arrange for the air in the room to change first. So that guests entering are not stuffy and a little smelly. Although when the AC is turned on the smell disappears. Just a suggestion, hopefully it will be better. Thank you.

Request without connecting door given connecting door. Even though the booking has been made far in advance. With the excuse that all 1 bed is connecting door. Strange. Everything else is ok. Many Asian tourists stay there. Hopefully the service is the same as local people.

First time staying here, late check in, all staff are friendly and helpful. Only the hotel location is a bit strange, making taxis/vehicles have to enter and pay for parking even though they are just dropping off.
The room is quite spacious and clean, smart TV but in fact the remote in my room is a bit error.
What bothered me, the first night in the bathroom was given a mat, and the shower went everywhere making water stagnate and wet the mat. The next night there was no mat, so it was muddy everywhere, even though the area under the bed was carpeted.
The breakfast was varied and tasted quite good.
