Easy check in process. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast menu are mostly locals & Indonesian which is nice. Located in a decent neighborhood; many restaurants, cafes, & convenient stores nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

We had so much fun and leisure during our stay at this hotel. The services were superb from the welcome receptionist until the kindest cleaning service. I think this is the best hotel in Palembang based on my experienced. The breakfast was so tasty and of many variations. You could have a relaxing swimming pool and the room is just perfect for the size and also very clean too. We will come back for sure; keep up the good work, 101 Palembang.

the staff is very helpful from check in until we check out especially the parking staff. this hotel does not have many parking slots, but the staff helped give a VIP parking slot in front of the hotel.
in Palembang I have only found 2 hotels that have family rooms, one room can be occupied by 3 teenagers, one here and another hotel in front of Pasar Cinde. this is the advantage of this hotel besides its strategic location, there are many cafes around it, on the left, right and in front, just a 2 minute walk. we only stayed for one night. breakfast (sahur) menu is ordinary, nothing special.

The location is strategic, close to culinary, souvenir shops and mini markets. The hotel is comfortable, it's just that it's not soundproof and the refrigerator is not cold but the staff allows you to leave it at the FO. The view is to the Ampera Bridge, really cool.

The staff is friendly and the service is good, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the bathroom is clean and fragrant with toiletries, the hot and cold water is good and can be used, the TV is on, the view from the room can see the city, it's just that the parking lot in front of the hotel is not spacious enough and the parking lot behind has to go around to the back of the parking lot through the alley behind the hotel. That's all, I recommend staying here with my family

Almost perfect. Only 1 drawback, the jet shower toilet is built in, not separate. Of course for me personally it is quite difficult when urinating. Personal taste though. The rest is OK. Spacious room, friendly staff, cold AC, easy access to destinations, does not include breakfast but managed to order some of the food. This is what is special, for a 4 star hotel the price is quite cheap & the taste is very good..
