Hot water not good, not cold but can't get hot. Toilet jiggles whenever I sat on it. Other than that everything was nice

Its a Good hotel and perfect option if you have to do some work in Central Jakarta but don't really like the hetic in the Central. Room. Is nice and clean.

Its seems like an old hotel but its well maintenance. The lobby is beautiful, the have restaurant and kind of coffee shop. Room is fine. Breakfast is good.

Disappointing experience overall. The lobby looks grand, but the hotel itself feels outdated. Upon arrival, there were no towels, floor mat, or hair dryer provided. When we requested housekeeping, they brought an old towel that looked just like the floor mat. On the second day, we asked for housekeeping again, and the towels provided were completely different from the first day—quite strange! The room was dimly lit with no bright lights, and everything felt old and just average.

Try to more friendly with guest. Over all not bad. Many options for food in the breakfast, I like the food.

For the price it is Allright. Breakfast is good. Room was old and not clean, the sheets smelled, the poollights didn't work, so it is quite dark if you'd like to swim in the evening. You can clearly tell that there is a lot of maintanance that has to be done. The pictures on the website look absolutely better than it does in real life.

The price is relatively friendly, especially for a 4-star hotel in Jakarta. The bedroom is clean, as well as the bathroom. However, when I arrived at the room, the TV doesn't have a really good signal. The air conditioner is not working really well, but the technician is available 24/7 so I guess it 's a pretty good thing. The bed is squeaky, given that it is an old building it 's fine. My stay is 3/5, could be better. I guess the AC thing needs to be repaired because having a room with no cold temperature is a deal breaker for me.
